Brad David

Owner and Head Coach

Brad has spent over 15 years in private, clinical, and collegiate strength and conditioning. With a master’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Georgia, Brad strives to convey the value of practical physical education.

Brad instills each training session with practical lessons on biomechanics, physiology, nutrition, ancestral living, and sustainable health practices. By discovering how we used to move, and why our bodies need to move, we deepen the connection to our own bodies, overcome injuries, and build confidence in making informed decisions that optimize our health and fitness!

Brad’s coaching style exemplifies a positive, cooperative training environment where each participant works at an intensity that is safe yet challenging for them. Brad’s quest is to revive the notion that fitness can be engaging, joyful, and rewarding.

Fitness is more than just “good for you.” When done right, it can encourage you to move adventurously and live heroically. Through the Adventure Athlete System, Brad teaches participants to use their fitness for creativity, community, exploration, adventure, and play!
